With a background in real estate investing, commercial construction, and residential sales, Zach understands property at a deeper level — how it's built, how it's valued, and how to position it to win in today's market.
Zach began his real estate career in 2017 working with an investment firm focused on off-market opportunities. There, he developed a sharp ability to identify value, analyze deals, and negotiate with precision — skills that now give his clients a competitive edge whether they're buying, selling, or investing.
In 2020, he transitioned into traditional real estate, bringing that same investor mindset to the retail market. Today, he helps clients make confident, data-driven decisions that align not just with their immediate needs, but their long-term financial goals.
What sets Zach apart is his ability to see opportunities others miss. His background allows him to evaluate properties beyond surface level — whether it's uncovering hidden value for buyers or strategically positioning a home to maximize exposure and price for sellers. Outside of real estate, Zach takes full advantage of everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer — snowboarding in the winter, hiking and biking in the summer, and always searching for the next great coffee spot.
